Let's make it clear right away; this isn't the first time we've had big plans. 

The entire HOOLOOVOO journey consists of a series of successful plans and a few ideas that failed. One of those ideas brought us Marijana. About our plans that came short - another time (it's our thing, we do speak about failures).

What's important here is that we got to know Marijana well and found a way to collaborate anyway. Now, she is writing this website.
Is it OK to say that I laughed so much while working on this website?

HLV is exactly as they write about themselves (I should know, been stalking them for years and now I work with them every day).

I love the way they write and talk, their humour… Siniša, HLV Brand Writer, told me this sounds like I was doing homework as a first grader on a topic “what I love about my friends”.

But really, I love that they are down to earth. A tech company that talks the way anyone can understand. No BS. They are relaxed and informal, but the job is always well done. With lots, and I mean lots of humour. Everyone's been open to my feedback, ideas, proposals. I felt like part of HLV from day one.“

Pre-sales:
Strong sales team this year- functional expert team by the end of Q4 2023. In progress. 
Client attraction through our brand -50% of people in IT in Sweden know of HLV and have positive opinion about HLV in the next 2 years.
Sales:
Getting new clients through deep knowledge of the Swedish market.
Affiliate marketing - a new client referral program and development of a network of contacts that can lead to new biz.
Post-Sales:
Complete dedication to each client.

He is our CEO.
In fact, we have no clue how to acquire new clients. We're probably the only outsourcing company that doesn't have a sales department or where the owner isn't involved in sales. We've never known how to do sales. The clients we have mostly came through referrals. Not dealing with sales allowed us to have full focus on ourselves, the way we work, and how we organize the company. We believed that doing a good job was the most important thing, and that projects would come naturally. And that's how it happened. We reached over 160 employees that way.

However, now is the time to actively engage in attracting new clients. So, this strategy brings a significant change to HLV – we are establishing a sales department.
